徐惠君，又名徐伟军，江苏省江阴云亭花山村人，中国美术家协会会员，民盟中央美术院画师，清华大学美术学院高研班导师。
1973年生于江苏江阴花山村。　
1995年毕业于常熟理工工美系；
1997年毕业于中国美院山水班；
1998年于中央工艺美院进修；
主要作品：
2003年—作品《啊，黄河》获省美协佳作奖；
2006年—作品《海之歌》获省五星工程奖?；
2006年—作品《当夕阳掠过》获省美协佳作奖；
2007年—作品《当夕阳掠过》获中国美协大连艺博会优秀奖；
