曹辛之，别名曹吾、曲公、笔名抗约赫，江苏宜兴人。擅长书籍装帧。曾在江苏省立陶瓷职业学校和教育学院学习绘画及工艺美术，1938年在延安鲁迅艺术学院美术系学习。历任生活、读书、新知三联书店管理处美编室主任，人民美术出版社编审，《诗书画》报主编，中国装帧艺术研究会会长。装帧设计有《苏加诺总统藏画集》(合作)获1959年莱比锡国际书籍展览会装帧设计金质奖；《郭沫若全集》获第三届全国书籍装帧展封面设计荣誉奖等。
