王惕(1938.4—)锡伯族，生于北京。又名关巧女(关伊萨)，笔名惊鸿、明惕，字惊鸿，号婉若，又号圈外居士、槛上人。1958年毕业于中央美术附中，分配到天津人民美术出版社任编辑。最初研究杨柳青年画。后改攻中国画和壁画。曾任陕西慧业装饰工程有限公司工艺美术师。现为：北京宝烨文化研究所所长，普陀山佛教文化研究所特约研究员；天津佛教居士林林务委员；中国美术家协会会员；中国民俗学会会员；中国民间文艺家协会会员。专著：《中华美术民俗》、《佛教造像法》、《释迦牟尼传》等。壁画：《玄奘传》（西安大雁塔玄奘纪念堂）、《弥勒经变》、《塔尔寺全景》。作品唐卡绘画《喇嘛文化》入选第九届全国美展。论文《美术民俗学创想》。80年代后自费研究佛教造像，精进苦行，参访寺庙100多座，足迹遍及20多个省、市、自治区。
