龚玉璋(1884—1966.7)竹编艺术家，四川自贡市沿滩区仲权人。曾任四川省自贡市工艺美术服务部副经理。
其父龚窦五善编竹丝扇，俗称"龚扇子"，光绪时曾进贡清廷，得钦赐金牌一枚并赐名“宫扇”。龚玉璋是自贡民间工艺“龚扇”的二代传人。龚玉璋十岁起随父学艺，十五岁开始独立创作。他在继承父亲编扇工艺的基础上不断创新，巧妙地运用竹青、竹黄自然色泽，图案更加复杂，人物花鸟更加传神，技艺更加精湛。他的不少作品作为国家礼品，赠送给外国元首和国际友人。后因难养家糊口，不愿传给后人，其心灵手巧，从小耳濡目染，偷学被继母打骂，扬言再学断手，无奈离家，浪迹威远、隆昌、重庆。
1927年寄宿贡井盐商余述怀家，为他编扇，此间潜心钻研技艺、工具、原料、手法均越父辈。
1932年4月成都举办的四川第11次业会上所编的《竹纱山水》、《竹纱团扇》获特等奖。
1937年4月入展四川建设厅主办的物产展览会，评语"用细篾编成，花纹精致，恍若绸缎，以指弹之，有丝弦音。"
抗战时任四川省主席邓锡侯家，为他编织竹丝扇。
1944年盐商余述怀奉蒋介石召见赴重庆，赠送龚编《山水竹丝扇》，蒋介石视为珍宝，带回庐山珍藏。
1952年当年参加德国莱比锡国际博览会展获奖名扇《仙山古柏》被国家轻工部列入民间工艺美术品永久收藏。
1959年1月与拔染艺人张宇仲合作，编织出四川第一把彩色竹丝扇，誉为"竹锦"。
1962年龚玉璋被自贡市人民政府命名为“能工巧匠”。
材料选用--年青黄竹三尺长竹节，每年选材一次，爬山涉水所得无几，正宗龚扇产量不多，要求一丝不苟，精良超群，其刮削的竹丝薄如蝉翼，编织出的山水人物、翎毛栩栩如生，若是书法则神韵俱佳。
