赵建科(1937.7—)陕西人。擅长工艺美术。1958年毕业于西安美术学院附中，1961年毕业于西安美术学院工艺系。西安美术学院工艺系主任、副教授。
作品有宣传画《知识、通往未来的桥梁》、书籍装帧《武则天本传》、《唐宋运河考察记》等。2006年到西京学院，现任西京学院学术委员会委员、西京艺术学院副院长等职。现为中国美术家协会会员、兼任陕西省装饰行业艺术顾问、陕西省服装协会常务理事、西安市工艺学会副会长等职。从教四十余年，其教学和科研创作以平面设计为主，并兼善水粉画等。广告教学曾获陕西省优秀教学成果一等奖、科研作品多次参加国内外展出和获奖并被国内外艺术部门和企业收藏。
有宣传画《智慧的升华》、《红色的起点》、《第十一届亚运会》、《亚运之光》等入选全国第七届美展、全国宣传画展览、全国亚运会美展、全国高等美术院校作品展览。水粉《春》、《喜雨蒙蒙》等入选现代中国艺术展在菲律宾展出，许多优秀作品，皆荣获一、二、三等奖、优秀作品奖等。各种设计作品在全国出版发行和采用受到普遍好评。1985年赴日本国进行学术交流，1996年在东京、京都等城市举办个人画展，受到日本艺术界重视，许多作品为日本国国会、东京密藏院等单位和个人收藏。学术著作有《现代广告创意》一书，主编《中国高等美术学院西安美院设计作品分集》，论文《工艺美术与设计教育》、《商品包装与心理》、《麟游风采》、《现代广告意识》等在国家级和省市刊物多次发表。
