马乐群(1933.9—)上海人。1951年在上海现代画室学习绘画及西洋美术史等。曾在上海画片出版社从事年画创作，1956年考入上海画片出版社从事年画创作，并从谢之光、李慕白、金梅生等学习月份牌年画技法。1958年后为上海美术出版社年画编辑至今。作品有宣传画《人民不允许浪费粮食的行为》获全国青年美展三等奖；《海防前线宣传员》入选全国美展，并被中国美术馆收藏；《金杯红花传捷报》获第六届全国美展佳作奖；《激流勇进》入选第四届全国年画展。
