李有行(1905.1—1982.4)别名顾言，四川梓潼双板人。擅长工艺美术、水彩画。1926年毕业于北京美专图案系，1929年毕业于法国里昂美专染织图案科。1931年回国后历任上海美亚织绸厂美术部主任，北平艺专、国立艺专教授，四川省立艺专校长，成都艺专、西南美专、四川美术学院教授。
早年毕业于国立北平艺专，继即赴法国里昂美专留学，曾获毕业设计奖。后来，在巴黎维纳丝绸公司任图案设计师，两年后回到祖国，在上海美亚丝绸厂任图案设计室主任；历时八年。后受聘为国立北平艺专教授。抗日战争时，随校南迁，在四川创办了四川省立艺术专科学校，为四川艺术教育的发展奠定了基础，培养不少优秀人才。解放后，在成都艺专（即前四川省立艺专）任教，一九五三年后在西南美专、四川美术学院任教授兼第一教务主任。中年以后，曾致力于水粉画，风格独特，遗作四百余幅，由四川人民出版社出版。著有《色彩学》等。被称为“东方色彩大师”的李有行教授的“限色”色彩教学在国内是首创，他创作的水粉画《山城之夜》等被中国美术馆收藏
