美术学副教授，出生广州，广州美术学院设计分院装饰艺术设计系本科及研究生毕业，获文学学士、设计艺术学硕士全日制学位。现任教于广东第二师范学院美术系，任综合绘画教研室主任，漆画学科带头人；
中国美术家协会会员、广东省美术家协会漆画艺委会副秘书长、中国教育学会漆画艺术委员会秘书长，长期从事漆画艺术创作。作品入选2002—2012历届全国漆画展。多次入选全国美展。主编《漆行誌——广州市漆画艺术理论与创作》，《花对花的抒情—关慧仪的漆画艺术》个人画册及《艺游记—关慧仪的艺术札记》个人艺术丛书。专业论文及作品多次发表在《装饰》《世界美术》《中国艺术》等国家级核心刊物。

至2013年，多次在广州举办漆画个展，漆画作品参加三届“艺术广东?国际收藏品及艺术品博览会”；
2012年
