陈居茂(1945.12—)海南琼山人。擅长工艺美术、美术理论。1966年毕业于广州美术学院附中，1969年毕业于广州美术学院。历任海南文艺创作室创作员，海南地区文联秘书长、美协常务秘书长，海南人民出版社副编审、美编部主任，海南摄影美术出版社社长兼总编辑。参与编辑和出版专著有《海南美》画册、《西方文艺批评史》、《艺术家对话》、《世界摄影经典著作丛书》等。
