罗茜(1916.8—)女，重庆人。擅长工艺美术。1940年武昌美专、西南美专肄业；1941年武昌艺专师范科肄业；1943年毕业于南虹艺术职业学校；1947年毕业于江苏丹阳正则艺术师范科。历任西南美专讲师，江苏无锡县中学班主任，重庆四十九中班主任，广西艺术学院民族艺术研究室副研究员。编绘出版有《广西各族民间布贴图案集》、《广西各族民间图案选》、《中国少数民族艺术词典》。2011年，在其孙女和渔牌服饰的支持下，出版了民族图案书《花间游》。曾荣获多项奖。
