董兆惠，1945年生.祖籍天津.现为国家一级美术师，中国美术家协会会员，甘肃省书画研究院副院长.
作品”兰州老街”，获2002年纪念”5.23”全国美展一等奖;
1994年为第四届中国艺术节主会场----兰州东方红主席台，创作绘制了百米巨型壁画，获组委会颁发的特别奖及奖金;
1998年，应甘肃省人民政府之邀，为99昆明世界园艺博览会甘肃敦煌园创作绘制了主体壁画<<丝路花雨润陇原>>;
2003年，获甘肃省委，省政府颁发的”敦煌文艺奖”一等奖，甘肃省国庆55周年美术大展特等奖.
2007年，受聘为瑞典诺贝尔艺术中心专业画家.
2007年，为中共甘肃省委省政府赠送2008北京奥运会之“奥运盛鼎”绘制铸铜壁画二幅.
作品广泛地被海内外的博物馆，画廊和私人收藏.
其胞兄董兆俭，为我国著名画家，国家一级美术师.胞弟安继越<因过继姨母家，故姓安>，为我国著名书法家，现为中国书法家协会专业委员会委员，甘肃省书法家协会副主席，兰州市书法家协会主席.兄弟三人，以书画著名，古今鲜有.诚书画之光彩，艺林之美谈.
