郑益坤，1936年生，福州人。福州画院画师。中国美术家协会会员，高级工艺美术师。历任福州工艺美术研究所副所长，福州漆画研究会会长。擅长漆画与国画花鸟。1993年被国家授予中国工艺美术大师称号。
曾得陈子奋先生亲自教授，专攻白描四十余载。作品以双钩白描，工笔淡彩为主，强调以造化为师，注重意境，讲究气韵，独树一帜。作品入选1976年全国美展，第七届、第八届全国美展，当代花鸟画邀请展，中国二十世纪中华民族书画长卷精品展等。获全国漆画展“优秀作品奖”，全军美展“佳作奖”，第九届全国美展“银奖”。作品分别为北京人民大会堂、李可染旧居艺术陈列馆、前苏联东方艺术博物馆收藏。1984年被省人民政府批准以特殊贡献晋级奖励。
