1965响应国家号召来皖工作，先去阜阳地区参加社会主义教育（四清）工作参加农村社会主义教育（四清）工作，期间从事“四清”及“四清”的宣传教育工作
1967安徽省铜陵市第三中学任教教全校美术、书法，也教过语文、政治、地理等课目
1971安徽省博物馆参加安徽省委宣传部、文化厅、省文联组织的“纪念毛主席视察安徽大型油画创作活动”，与省一流画家携手作画
1972铜陵市文化局、文化馆、铜陵师专、文联长期担任安徽美协理事、书协理事、铜陵市美术家协会主席、书协副主席；组织全市书画家大力开展书画创作、展览、交流、研讨及协会组织发展等工作；开展文艺宣传活动；辅导、教育全市书画工作
