张灵芝(1927.11—)女，浙江杭州人。擅长装帧设计。1953年毕业于中央美术学院实用美术系。曾任外文出版社副编审。英文版《水浒传》获全国书籍装帧优秀作品整体设计奖及艺术展览整体设计二等奖。英文版《中国书的故事》、《雪峰寓言》分别获书刊设计二等奖及三等奖。装帧设计英文版《玉门诗抄》、《创业史》，法文版《春天里的秋天》、《戴望舒诗选》，世界语文版《中国文学作品选》等。
