张坤，男，汉族，笔名润雨，1952年4月生于江苏省昆山市，祖籍山东，毕业于北京中央民族大学美术系。中国旅游报社主任编辑，中国美术家协会会员，中国书画家联谊会理事，首都美术记者协会监事长兼副秘书长，中华书画研究会名誉教授。
张坤自幼受吴地文化熏染，酷爱绘画，9岁起入苏州市少年宫绘画班学习，12岁时参加江苏省少年儿童画展，18岁从戎，21岁起参加军队美术创作学习班。29岁起从事美术编辑工作。
张坤曾受到吴冠中、周思聪、钱绍武、刘勃舒等名师的教诲，得到刘秉江、罗怡、周秀清、金捷中等中央民族大学教授的培养和帮助，并受到刘大为、陈玉先、张道兴等军队恩师的关心指导。在美术创作的道路上，奋发向上，努力进取。
曾在北京举办三次个人画展和多次联展，在全军、全国的书画展览中曾获得金奖、银奖、铜奖、特别奖和优秀奖等。许多作品在新加坡、俄罗斯、澳大利亚等国家和香港地区展出。传略、作品入编《中国美术家会员辞典》《中国当代文艺界名人录》《中国当代美术家名人录》《中国书画家》《中华英杰》等辞书。
由于长期从事美术编辑工作，积累了较丰富的经验，其绘画形式多样，内容各异，题材广泛，涉及版画、漫画、插图、版式设计等。在国画专业上擅长人物、风景、花卉等。近年来，对书法艺术有一定的钻研和探索，并形成个人风格。
