龚景充(1940.5—)浙江义乌人。二级舞美设计。1940年5月25日出生。1962年7月毕业于浙江美术学院附中，9月分配到浙江昆剧团任舞美设计。1965年赴上海戏剧学院舞美系进修。从七十年代初开始调入浙江越改剧组、浙江越剧团一团、浙江越剧院任舞美设计。
在历届省戏剧节与会演中获舞美设计奖的剧目有《祝福》、《胭脂》、《柳玉娘》、《千家万户》等。
其中《祝福》设计图入选全国舞美展览，又由中国舞美协会选送日本作交流展览，并编入《中国舞台美术》一书。为浙江小百花越剧团作舞美设计的有《汉宫怨》、《相思曲》、《双珠凤》等赴港演出剧目。为浙江越剧团设计的有获文化部“文华奖”的《巧凤》及《半篮花生》等。他为省舞美协会主持举办了“天幕幻灯培训班”，培养了一批舞美人才。创作出版了数百幅年画作品，其中《西湖灯会》、《百年和合》、《欣逢盛世》分获全国三等奖和铜牌奖。并获省文化厅、省美协授予的荣誉奖。中国剧协会员、中国舞台美术家协会会员、中国美术家协会会员。浙江省舞美协会常务理事。擅长舞美设计、年画。1962年毕业于浙江美院附中。1965年进修于上海戏剧学院。曾任浙江昆剧团、浙江越剧团舞美设计。作品《西湖灯会》获全国第三届年画展三等奖；《月是故乡明》入选第四届全国年画展；《欣逢盛世》获第七届全国美展铜奖。
