成朝晖，女，艺术设计理论与实践博士，现任中国美术学院综合设计系系主任、教授、硕士生导师，中国美术家协会会员。
1990年毕业于中国美术学院附中
1994年毕业于中国美术学院工艺系装潢专业（获学士学位）
2003年毕业于中国美术学院视觉传达设计系（获硕士学位）
2009年毕业于中国美术学院（获博士学位）
1999—2014年赴韩国、日本、法国、意大利、埃及、希腊、西班牙、荷兰、英国等国参展、交流、艺术考察。
现为中国美术学院综合设计系教授，艺术设计理论与实践博士。

2011年第八届全国残运会标志设计者以及整体形象系统设计
出版《平面港》系列、《VI设计》等书籍、教程二十余部，发表学术论文三十余篇；海报设计参加“美国费城中国当代招贴设计展”、“布鲁诺国际平面设计双年展”、“第18届华沙国际海报双年展”等设计大展；整体设计书籍《中国美术学院》、《花界》、《片断尺度》、《与物为春》、《隐性的湖》、《怀素抱朴》等百余本；为“岁月履痕——肖峰、宋韧作品回顾展”、“历史与艺术——莫朴油画展”、“远望——许江的绘画”、“沧桑入画——吴冠中作品”、“西湖创意谷”、“白马湖生态创意城”“、“武林路时尚女装街”等进行整体视觉形象设计；
建构城市形象系统设计理论模型，主创与设计多座城市综合视觉形象系统；主创与设计大型活动、综合体与品牌等整体视觉系统形象；
参与2010年上海世博会“城市生命主题馆”、“浙江馆”、城市最佳实践区“五水共导·品质杭州”主题馆的设计。
