李军,山东人。擅长绘画、舞美设计。1974年在新金县文化馆从事美术创作，1976年调入大连话剧团从事舞台美术设计，1986年进修于辽宁师范大学美术系，1989年调入大连舞台美术设计中心。现为二级美术师。任中国第二届大学生运动会、中国第四届残疾人运动会开幕式、闭幕式，第六、七、八、九、十一届大连国际服装节开幕式、大型广场艺术晚会舞美总设计。作品宣传画《我的中国心》，水彩画《大地》入选第六、第九届全国美展，《归途》入选第四届全国水彩、粉画展。
