史维钧（1930—已故）笔名威军，著名电影美术师。1930长春电影制片厂一级美术师，中国电影家协会会员，中国美术家协会会员、中国美术学会理事，辽宁辽阳人，当代画家，擅水粉。担任了《金玉姬》、《五朵金花》、《还魂记》等片中的美术设计。他在电影美术如何体现影片的色彩基调等问题上，也做了一些探索和研究。史维钧是中国电影家协会和中国美术家协会会员。1982年3月，中国美术家协会吉林省分会举办了史维钧的美术作品展览，展出了史维钧的部分作品。
史维钧，长春电影制片厂美术师。1930年生于辽宁省辽阳县一个农民家庭。在他十岁时，由于父亲丧失劳动能力全家只好迁到凤城，住在当小职员的哥哥家中。他的哥哥酷爱美术，家中挂着许多字画。他从小就受到这个“家庭画展”的熏陶而对美术发生了浓厚的兴趣。小学时，班级里的墙报成了他发表粗糙幼稚美术作品的园地。
升入中学后，老师发现他对美术的爱好，给了他很多指教，鼓励他到大自然中去寻求、领会艺术的奥妙。从此，每逢星期天和节假日，他便带着自己用硬纸做的画板到野外练习写生，感受和描绘大自然的壮美景色。由于家境日衰，又看到国民党统治区的腐败黑暗，他感到个人前途十分渺茫。
为了生计，他中学没毕业，便进入沈阳市师资训练所寻求职业。不久，解放的曙光照亮了东北，希望之火又在他心底燃烧起来。进驻学校的解放区干部给了他最初的革命教育，使他产生了投身于人民解放事业的思想。他把笨重的行李卖掉，换了一床美军鸭绒被打算参军。后来看到东北电影制片厂摄制的纪录片《民主东北》，便对解放区的电影工作产生向往之情。恰好东影正在沈阳招收学员，他便考入了东影第四期干部训练班。在东影，他懂得了为人民服务的道理。同时，他的美术才能有了充分发挥的天地。在训练班班主任的推荐下，他开始从事电影美术工作。
史维钧的美术设计以水粉画见长，清新、流畅，具有鲜明的时代特点和民族特色。从50年代开始，他的绘画作品即开始在全国不同层次美术展中展出，许多水粉画作品被日、美、英等国家个人和单位收藏。吉林、丹东、辽阳、鞍山、长春、大连等地先后主办了《史维钧美术作品》展。应邀赴新加坡、马来西亚办画展及讲学。主要学术论文有《电影术特性浅谈》、《论彩色故事片的色彩基调》、《有限的空间造就无限的空间艺术》等。他的事被列入《中国电影家列传》、《中国现代美术家辞典》、《中国美术辞典》、《中国文艺家传集》《国际现代书画篆刻家大辞典》、《中国影视艺术辞典》、《中国艺术收藏年鉴》（1992－1993）、《中国美术年鉴》（1949一1989）《中国当代书画家名人大辞典》《ART信息系统中国艺术数据库》等。
1960年，史维钧担任了《冰山上的来客》的美术师。当他随同主要创作人员一起到新疆深入生活时，立刻被帕米尔高原的壮丽景色和塔吉克同胞色彩斑斓的生活图景所吸引，被驻守在风雪高原上的人民子弟兵的英雄业绩所鼓舞，从而产生了强烈的创作激情。他两次登上帕米尔高原，从布景、服装、人物造型的设计到每一件首饰的制做，都花费了极大的精力。为了真实地反映塔吉克族人民的生活面貌和帕米尔高原的风光特点，他将一些难度很大的布景，大胆放到现场搭制。他同置景工人一道，在天山顶上搭置了“尼牙孜家外”和“金沙川礼拜寺”等景，大大增强了影片的真实感。影片其他一些布景的规模，也是长影拍片史上所罕见的。“叶城街道”一景，占地面积五千多平方米，礼拜寺屋顶高达十二米，极为真实和壮观。他为这部影片的美术设计，与导演、摄影、作曲的风格融为一体，使这部影片具有鲜明的时代特点和地方特色。上映之后，受到观众的热烈欢迎。
继《冰山上的来客》以后，他又接连在赵心水导演的《特快列车》（1965年）、《长城新曲》（1975年）、《熊迹》（1977年）等影片中担任美术师，与赵心水一直保持着工作上的相互信任、艺术上共同探讨的良好的合作关系。
他还在周予导演的《路考》中担任过美术设计。在这部影片中，他在搭景技巧上做了不少新的尝试，采用了不规则的平面对角搭制方法，使景物的空间感增强，收到了较好的艺术效果。
