石增泉，1963年11月生，中共党员，大学学历，教授，硕士生导师，现任山东工艺美术学院图书馆馆长，广告设计师职业资格考试全国统考命题组负责人。
20多年来一直致力于艺术设计的教学、研究工作，并进行了大量艺术设计实践活动，其设计领域涵盖了平面设计、家具设计等。
积极开展广泛的学术交流活动，组织策划了中国当代书籍设计论坛等多个大型学术活动。
作为中方项目专家，跟随中德项目参与完成了广告设计师国家职业标准的制定工作，并在全国颁布实施。参编完成广告设计师一、二、三级整套教材，具体组织参与每年广告设计师职业资格证书全国通考试卷的命题工作。
设计作品获得国家级奖项十余项，省级奖项四十余项，作品被多家美术馆收藏，千余件设计作品被企业和社会采用。
