唐勤，广西柳州人，2009年毕业于广西艺术学院，中国美术家协会会员。02-06年就读于广西艺术学院美术学院油画专业，获学士学位，同年考入本院研究生油画专业就读，09年毕业获硕士学位。09年7月开始在广西艺术学院美术学院工作.中国美术家协会会员
