罗田喜，江西省玉山人。幼喜绘画。1987年毕业于解放军艺术学院美术系油画专业，系中国美术家协会会员、中国油画协会会员、上海美术家协会会员。曾任福建高校油画协会理事、福建省美术家协会创作院创作员、海风出版社主编、主任编辑、副总编。现为武警上海指挥学院教授。主要从事油画创作及书籍装帧设计。作品多次入选全国、全军美展。

绘画作品
1987年油画《十七·八·九》、《恶梦》、入选建军60周年全国、全军美展并获优秀奖；1988年油画《乳雁》入选中国第一届油画展；1993年华艺出版社出版《罗田喜油画作品选》；1995年《亚洲艺术家》发表油画《秋音》、《雷雨》、《眷》；1995年油画们寸空并非错位》、《延伸》、《魂》入选第八届全国美展，由解放军文艺出版社发表，其中《魂》获全军第三届新作三等奖；1997年油画《坎坷与辉煌》入选中国艺术大展·当代油画展并获优秀奖，中国青年报等30余种国家级刊物及电视媒体专题报道；1998年油画《坎坷与辉煌》发表在邮电部发行的“纪念邓小平逝世一周年”首日封上，并在1997—1999年全国最佳集邮品评选中获中国集邮总公司最佳首日封奖；1998年油画《子堤·兵》之一入选全军抗洪美展并获全军美术作品优秀奖，中国美术馆收藏，由解放军文艺出版社等6家出版发表；1998年油画《子堤·兵》之二入选第九届全国美展并获全军美术作品优秀奖；2002年油画《势不可挡》入选纪念毛泽东同志在《延安文艺座谈会上的讲话》发表60周年全国美展并获金奖，入选全军第十届美展并获铜奖，2003年入选中国第三届油画展，作品被解放军八·一大楼收藏，并由《解放军报》等10多种国家级刊物及电视媒体专题报道，2003年中央电视台七频道专题报道《军旅画家罗田喜》。

装帧设计
1990年画册《中国古塔》获首届中国优秀美术图书铜奖；1994年画册《台湾同胞在大陆》获全国优秀对台宣传品图书一等奖；1995年画册《灵岩寺》整体设计入选第四届全国书籍装帧艺术展；1998年画册《张家界》获全国优秀对台宣传品图书二等奖；1998年画册《三清山》版式设计入选第五届全国书籍装帧艺术展；2000年画册《南京军区美术作品选》获华东·上海2000年首届《书籍设计双年展》整体设计金奖。

论文
2001年论文《试论美术、摄影画册的装帧设计》在第六届华东地区装帧艺术论文评比中获优秀奖，并由人民教育出版社出版。
