隗羽(1931.4—)吉林人。擅长油画、水彩画、舞台美术。1947年后任东北民主联军第一纵队宣传队美术员。1950年后历任志愿军总部文工团美术队队长，解放军艺术学院教员、总政歌舞团副团长、美术队队长。作品有《地下长城》、《刑场上的婚礼》、《为了祖国和人民》等。参加拍摄的大型纪实电视片《赞美你—格桑花》，获文化部、总政宣传部颁发的优秀电视片奖。
1947年参加东北民主联军第一纵队宣传队，从事美术工作。后随军南下，1950年进中南部队艺术学院学习，同年10月，随中国人民志愿军赴朝鲜，从事战地摄影与美术工作。
1958年回国。
1961年曾转业到哈尔滨话剧院工作。
1964年调解放军艺术学院。
1975年调任总政歌舞团舞美队队长，现任歌舞团副团长。
中国美术家协会会员，中国戏剧家协会会员，中国电视艺术家协会理事。
