薛国强(1954.2—)回族，上海人。擅长油画、粉画。1972年-78年在江西东安七二一厂及子弟学校任教。1986年结业于上海交通大学机电分校文艺系油画专业；1988年在上海义乌橡胶厂工会任宣传干事；1995年被上海油画雕塑院聘为专职画家。现在上海吴泾化工有限公司天山塑料厂任职。作品《村姑》入选第八届全国美展；《宝石花》入选第三届全国水彩、粉画展；《高原秋色》入选第九届全国美展。
