王海鸥(1956.1—)四川雅安人。中国美术家协会会员，擅长连环画、油画、插图。曾从事部队美术工作，在四川美术学院油画专业进修，历任重庆群艺馆美术部副主任，重庆高等建筑专科学校美术教师；重庆大学历史题材油画研究创作中心主任；重庆大学艺术学院油画系主任；副教授、硕士研究生导师。
作品《战斗》入选建军50周年美展，组画《抗洪救灾第一线》入选全军美展，组画《挺进大别山》入选第六届全国美展，组画《血战台儿庄》入选第七届全国美展连环画、插图有《船的陆地》、《安奇奥之战》、《中国近代不平等条约》等；油画有《织》、《岁月》、《余晖》等。
