黄坚，1961年出生，泉州惠安人。1982年2月毕业于福建师范大学美术系中国画专业。现为福建省美术家协会美术理论委员会副主任，福建省美术家协会中国山水画艺术委员会委员，泉州市美术家协会副主席，泉州师范学院美术与设计学院院长、教授、硕士生研究生导师。
