殷俊廷（曾用名殷俊亭）笔名石安，号德雅，1959年11月生于河北省馆陶县，男，汉族，专科学历，毕业于中央工艺美术学院陶艺漆艺专业，中国国家画院。师从著名漆画家乔十光先生和著名书画家汪易扬先生。现为高级工艺美术师、中国工艺美术大师，中囯工艺美术协会常务理事、世界漆文化会会员、中国漆画研究会会员、北京漆画研究会会员、河北省工艺美术协会副会长、河北省美术家协会会员、邯郸市美术家协会副主席。
1989年，漆画《少女》、《牧歌》参加日本国际漆艺展并获奖，被国家文化部收藏。1991年，漆画《新生》入选日本伊士克瓦漆画展，载入画册。1996年，漆画《窗知春》参加中、韩漆文化交流展，并被中国美协、中国美术出版社载入《中国现代美术全集》一书。2001年，漆画《争艳》载入《中国当代艺术》一书。2004年9月漆画《幕丛幽潇》入选全国第十届美展。2005年漆画《野花·芋头》入选全国第二届中国漆画展。2010年8月漆画作品《苍野千秋》入选上海世博会中国美术作品展。2012年9月国画作品《零落黄金蕊》参加在全国政协礼堂举办的“金融街书画展”。2012年国画《石菊》入选在全国政协礼堂举办的全国政协书画展。
