周松生（1938～1994）江苏吴江人，定居上海。五十年代初开始学漫画，1960年安徽大学肄业。后在上海市卢湾区第二中心小学任高级教师。中国美术家协会会员，联合国教科文组织世界美术教育研究会会员，中国美术教育研究会会员，上海漫画学会理事，上海美术教育研究会理事。
擅长漫画、中国画和儿童美术教育。漫画代表作有《击鼓传花》（获1956年全国青年美展甲等奖）、《桂林会议甲天下》（获1982年全国漫画展佳作奖）。参与编绘儿童美术教育丛书《小学生画画》和《妈妈教我画画》，还参与创作美术电影《小哥儿俩》、《圆圆和机器人》（上海美术电影制片厂摄制）。
