王光华，笔名槐风，1941年生，江苏南京人。原贵州电视台主任美编，现为中国电视艺术家协会会员、中国电视美术学会理事、中国美协会员、贵州省美协常务理事、“六画种”艺委会主任、贵州省科普美协常务理事、省书法家协会会员。
