尤路，本名樊敬奎（1937.11.20.--2015.3.8.）籍贯浙江奉化，出生于上海。尤路早年学医，曾就职于重庆医科大学附属儿童医院检验科任检验师。1980年调入重庆市少年宫创办《红岩少年报》（现改为少年先锋报）任美术编辑。1983年在重庆市少年宫美术部任教。
青年尤路爱好广泛，吹拉弹唱、跳舞举重样样擅长，但尤其喜爱美术，更对漫画情有独钟，为之付出了毕生精力。
尤路自1956年开始发表作品，在漫坛耕耘达59个春秋，发表作品数千余件，出版画册30余种尤路生前系中国美协会员、中国新闻漫画研究会理事、四川美协漫画艺术研究会副会长、四川科普作家协会会员、重庆美协常务理事兼漫画艺委会副主任、重庆市少年宫高级教师，《现代足球》画报、《商界》杂志特约美编、重庆漫画学会名誉会长、著名漫画家，国画家。
尤路作品多次参加全国、省、市美展，获得各种奖项80余件。其代表作《公用过道》获第七届全国美展铜奖。1983年与马丁、孙光钊等人举办八人漫画展。尤路个人传略入编《中国当代美术家人名录》、《中国当代漫画家辞典》、《中国美术书法界名人名作博览》、《中国书画名家签名铃章艺术总览》、《漫画家集》、《世界美术家》、《世界华人文学艺术家名人录》、《美术辞林》、《100名东方巅峰艺术家》等十余部辞书、专著有《尤路漫画》；尤路作品2000年至2001年与北京电影学院合作，主创动画短片《公益卡通》52集，在重庆电视台滚动播出。2002年短片《看不见》获中国电影金鹰奖提名奖。《公用过道》获中国视协卡通短片学术评比“优秀奖”。2008年1月香港《华人英才》杂志以“德艺双馨，显赫画坛”为题撰文介绍尤路。
