管苠?（溟岗），号鸣岗，1959年生，重庆市云阳县人。四川省诗书画院院长助理、专职画家，四川省美术家协会副主席，中国美术家协会会员，国家一级美术师，爱尔兰国立科克大学客座教授，四川省工笔画学会副会长。

1996年获“孺子牛”杯全国书画大展银奖；1997年获全国97’中国画坛百杰奖；1998年入选98中国国际美术年——当代中国山水画·油画风景展；1999年获四川省第三届巴蜀文艺奖；2002年获西部大地情全国中国画展优秀奖；2003年获第二届全国中国画展铜奖；2004年入选第十届全国美术作品展，2005年获第二届当代中国山水画·油画风景展佳作奖；2007年获“第三届全国中国画展”优秀作品奖。2007年毕业于中国国家画院首届山水精英班龙瑞工作室。2008年参加中国国家画院中国画名家学术邀请展。2009年参加中国国家画院学术邀请展、中国山水画学术邀请展暨中国山水文化高峰论坛，获建国六十周年四川省中国书画作品大展一等奖，获四川省第六届巴蜀文艺奖美术作品奖。2010年应爱尔兰国家艺术馆、国立科克大学邀请讲学并举办个人画展，2011年参加台湾四川省诗书画院中国书画作品展，2012年入选2012（伦敦）奥林匹克美术大会，其作品为国际奥委会收藏。

出版有《百杰画家·管溟岗作品精选画册》、《百杰画家山水画技法举要画册》、《二十一世纪有影响力画家个案研究——管苠?》、《名家名画——管苠?大景山水精品集》、作品入编《当代中国美术全集——青绿卷》；其作品被多家博物馆、美术馆及收藏家收藏，学术论文在多家专业报刊上发表。
