王清健，笔名青剑。河南商丘人，毕业于中央美术学院中国画专业，现为中国美术家协会会员，省美协理事、河南省国画家协会常务理事、河南省美协中国画人物画艺委员会副主任兼秘书长、河南省书画院学术委员、专业画家、商丘市美协主席。
现为中国美术家协会会员，河南省美术家协会理事，河南省国画家协会常务理事，河南省美协中国画人物画艺委会副主任，河南省书画院专业画家，商丘市美术家协会席。1958年出生于河南商丘，毕业于中央美术学院中国画专业，主要从事中国画人物画创作研究。

作品在《人民日报》、《美术》、《美术观察》、《美术研究》、《中国美术》、《美术报》等专业刊物发表并有专题介绍。两次在北京老甲艺术馆参加“老甲艺术馆创作室8人展”。
2004年应邀赴韩国举办中国画联展。2002年、2005年在广东汕头、湖南长沙举办个人画展，
湖南卫视曾做《中国画家王清健》专题报道。
