张正军（笔名正君），1968年生于书画之乡山东高唐，毕业于山东艺术学院。深造于中国美协创作班，中国艺术研究院杜滋龄工作室.中国人民大学唐秀玲工作室画家；其作品多次入选全国美协主办的画展。现为中国美术家协会会员，中国工笔画学会会员，山东工笔画学会理事。
2013年
