冀有泉，国家一级美术师。现任中国人民解放军空军政治部话剧团政委、大校军衔、国家一级美术师。中国舞美协会会员。自幼受母亲民间剪纸艺术的熏陶，酷爱美术。后从师于鲁迅美术学院著名画家陈忠义教授，其作品以擅长表现茫茫雪原与军事体裁有机结合为特点。开创了军旅冰雪山水协的先河。他以孤树之静谧、寒冰之冷酷、积雪之莽、凉言其情、以抱树飞雪之轻言其神，形成了大气中充满灵秀、雄浑中流溢清朗、冷傲中深蕴绵柔的绘画风格。从事绘画艺术以来，分别在军内外举办两次个人美展，出版了《冀有泉画集》，作品多次在国内外展出和获奖。其中，作品《抗联勇士》在北京参加全国名人精品展，被选入《中国名家精品集》，并为中国诗书画院收藏；《醉雪》在中国美术家协会和中国诗、书、画院举办的“庆祝中华人民共和国成立50周年，迎接澳门回归”美术大奖赛中入选并获成就奖。部分作品先后在原苏联、美国、日本、韩国、新加坡等7个国家展出、获奖和被收藏。一些广播电台、电视台、报刊杂志等新闻媒体，多次进行专访报道和作品选登。受中央军委办公厅特邀，为军委大厦作画巨幅作品、《雪浴林海》。个人业绩曾被收入《当代中国中国画高级人才成果展精品集》、《千古绝唱中国书画家二十世纪唐诗宋词创意精品典藏集》、《华人画家、书法家、诗人作品联展大奖典藏集》等大型人物辞典。
