张素玉(1944.11—)女，河北石家庄人，中国美术家协会会员，国家一级美术师，任职于石家庄市画院。自幼酷爱绘画艺术，尤其擅长国画工笔重彩人物画。
国画：“秋韵”、“新舍增辉”、“寻踪”、“高原风情”、“水莲”、“情系香江”、“戎冠秀”、“山杏”等作品先后入选由文化部、中国美术家协会主办的全国六届、八届美展以及由中国美协主办的其他全国性美展。
国画：“山杏”入选由中国美协主办的全国第四届工笔画大展。并获铜奖。
年画：“戎冠秀”入选由文化部主办的全国第六届年画展，并获优秀奖，多件作品在省展中获奖。
早在1965年年画作品“学圆艺”以及1975年年画作品“农忙托儿所”两件作品先后被中国美术馆收藏。因在社会上产生一定影响，自1982年任市五届政协委员、市政协常委至第十一届。省电台、省妇女刊物、省报等媒体多次报道。1983年本人被编入“中国美术家辞典”、“中国现代美术家人名大辞典”。
