1968年生于山东巨野，1989年毕业于青岛科技大学艺术学院，2004年修读于清华大学美术学院。曾任：内蒙古时代书画院常务院长、《时代书画报》报社副秘书长。现为：中国美术家协会会员、中国工笔画学会会员、中国工艺美术家协会会员、山东省商联书画院理事。
