彭如华，女，河北景县人，生于1941年。现为中国美术家协会会员，中国美术教育研究会会员，陕西水彩画学会会长，深圳水彩画会顾问，西安美术学院教授，硕士研究生导师。曾参加“第二、三、四届全国水彩粉画展”，“美国93中国当代水彩画展”，“中菲文化交流展”，“第八届全国美展”，“国际华人经典水彩大展”，“中国百年水彩画展”，“新中国美术60年大展”等多次国内外大型展览。在西安、洛阳、北京、深圳等地举办个展。作品已被选入《中国现代美术全集》，《中国水彩画图史》，《中国水彩名家精品集》，《中国百年水彩画集》，《美术》，《中国水彩》等多种画集及刊物。部分作品被中国美术馆，中国现代文学馆，何香凝美术馆，深圳美术馆及国内、外个人收藏。出版有《高考新视点—色彩写生》、《水彩画技法解析》等著作。
