李光安，男，1963年生，河南省安阳市人，汉族，中共党员，现为美术学院院长、教授，河南省教育厅学术技术带头人，中国美术家协会会员，河南省美术家协会理事、艺术设计艺委会副主任，河南省书画院学术委员、特聘画家，中国民协会员，安阳市美术家协会副主席。
1986年7月毕业于安阳师专艺术系，留校任教，历任美术系教研室主任，美术系副主任、党支部副书记兼副主任、主任等职。赴西安美术学院、中央工艺美术学院、中央美术学院进修、访学，2006年应邀赴台湾进行学术交流，2007年获武汉大学文学硕士学位。在《美术研究》、《装饰》、《世界美术》等刊物发表学术论文30余篇，出版《工艺设计》、《系统艺术概论》等著作5部。主持、参与国家级、省级、地厅级项目多项，其中《河南省宝山灵泉寺摩崖塔窟中建筑装饰艺术资源的挖掘、整理与研究》等省级课题2项。《广告设计与社会精神文明建设关系研究》获省社科联优秀成果一等奖。美术作品《水·生命之源》入选第七届全国美展、获省七届美展一等奖，《跨世纪的飞跃》人选第三届全国体育美展，《风云可测厄运可挽》获省第八届美展一等奖，《祖国万岁》获省第十届美展金奖，《中国色》获第四届河南省画院双年展美术学术奖，《红围巾》入选第七届全国水彩粉画展。多次被评为校级优秀党员、优秀教师，曾被评为河南省师德先进个人。
