周桂伯，字韵中，号彩墨耘夫，广西人，男，民族汉。
自幼习书画，进修于湖北美术专修学院。
画爱青绿山水、水墨花鸟、写意人物的表现方法；在继承传统以水墨为基础的绘画风格上，结合传统青绿重彩设色，吸收西方油画技巧，形成了自己独特的彩墨绘画风格。
书学八大家，独爱赵孟頫，喜无拘无束；自称己书为“轻醉体”。
作品多次入选全国性书画邀请大展赛；《洛清江图》、《春笑山庄》、《故乡飘来的云》、《何时归》图等，分别荣获优秀奖、铜奖、银奖、“回归杯”金奖，“画圣杯”金奖、、、
