陈钦权(1949.4—)浙江人。生于浙江洞头，祖籍闽南金井，擅长油画、水粉。1973年毕业于浙江美术学院油画专业。1981年入南京艺术学院油画专业进修。曾任浙江洞头县文化馆馆长。现任教于温州大学艺术设计系。作品《憩》、《渔归图》入选全国第二届水彩、粉画展；《憩》获优秀作品奖，《潮声阵》入选第七届全国美展。
1973年毕业于浙江美术学院（现中国美院）油画专业，师从黎冰鸿、全山石、徐永祥、金一德等名师，1981年进南京艺术学院油画研修班，受著名油画家、美术教育家苏天赐先生教诲。1993年调入温州大学艺术学院执教，2001年应奥地利联邦总理府艺术司之邀，作访问学者赴欧洲考察、交流。
自结缘美术至今四十余年，执教之余，不忘绘事。从初出茅庐的毕业创作《康庄大道》被多次出版发行，到作品《潮声阵阵》、《月色融融》的入选全国美展，已有数十件次入展全国、省级以上大型美展，并多有获奖。作品《微风》、《惠安女》、《小岞岛少女》等多件选赴美国、西班牙、朝鲜和香港等国家、地区展出。作品《潮声阵阵》、《小岛少女》等多件被国家单位及个人收藏。个人作品专集《陈钦权绘画艺术》、《中国美术家—陈钦权》等二部分别由吉林美术出版社与上海三联书店出版社出版发行；撰写、发表专业论术《论色彩的音乐性表现－色与音的同构研究》、《色彩语义解析》等二十余篇。先后分别获得5届市人民政府颁发的文学艺术创作银鹿奖。
现为中国美术家协会会员、温州大学城市学院艺术设计分院教授。
