吴国祥,男，1972年11月出生，浙江嵊州市人，94年毕业于浙江师大艺术学院美术系，本科学历。现任中国美术家协会会员、中国水彩画会会员、市美协副秘书长、理事、市水彩画会理事。任教于浙江嘉兴职业技术学院，讲师。
1994年2001年和2005年参加浙江省青年油画展和省油画大展，2000年至2004年参加三次省水彩画展并获两次铜奖，一次银奖;2000至2007年参加全国第五，六，七，八界水彩大展，并获六界铜奖，七界银奖，作品深圳美术馆和郑州美术馆。
