宋焕成(1944—)河北人。擅长水彩画。毕业于首都师范大学美术系，曾任北京市密云县文化馆美术组组长。作品有《农家院》《藏节欢腾》《紫丁香》《喀纳斯秋韵》等。
1968年毕业于首都师范大学美术系
1981年自调入清华大学；任教
1981年~1991年清华大学宣传部，美术摄影组组长，清华大学建筑学院美术教师
1991年~现在清华大学艺术教育中心（曾任美术室主任）、教授
其中1996年~1997年赴日本东京艺术大学和日本尼康株式会社访问，研究员。
1996年，任北京东京艺术大学客座研究员同年任日本尼康株式会社客座研究员主要科研方向：“美术学”，“绘画与摄影”方向硕士研究生导师；
曾任北京市密云县文化馆美术组组长。中国美术家协会会员，中国摄影家协会会员，中国高校摄影学会副主席，北京文联理事，北京摄影家协会副主席，北京高校摄影家研究会理事长。
现任清华大学艺术教育中心教授（美术，摄影方向，）中国高校摄影专业委员会副主任，全国高校摄影联合会副主席，北京摄影家协会副主席，北京市文联理事，北京高校摄影学会主席，中国美术家协会会员，中国摄影家协会会员。
1981年以来先后在清华大学建筑学院，美术室及艺术教育中心从事美术（素描、色彩写生与创作，人像素描）摄影作品赏析，摄影基础与实践，摄影艺术创作，摄影与绘画色彩研究等本科生和研究生课程的教学，曾获教育奖励基金二等奖。
目前开设课程：摄影作品与欣赏色彩写生与创作摄影基础与实践、艺术摄影创作、人像素描和摄影与绘画色彩研究”等本科与研究生课程；此外还担任清华大学艺术团美术社指导教师。
摄影作品创作发表数千件，参加国际及全国展览，并在美国、日本、德国等展出，其中获全国一等奖三次，二等奖六次，三等奖十五次，优秀奖二十余次。多次担任全国性比赛和展览评审委员及组委会工作。
1971年以来，参加国际，全国展览，发表作品1000余件。其中获金奖3次，银奖6次，三等奖和佳作优秀奖30余次。在日本东京，北京，南京等地举办个人展览。2000年，获全国摄影教育“红烛奖”。美术方面：创作油画，水彩画作品100余件，参加第九届全国美展，第三届水彩画展，首届中国油画静物展，首届中国水彩画艺术展，中国风景油画展。出版有民居图集等，在北京，日本东京，青岛等地举办个人水彩，油画展。
作品《祈》入选第三届全国水彩画、粉画展；《农家院》入选首届中国水彩画艺术展，《藏节欢腾》入选第九届全国美展。油画《紫丁香》入选首届油画静物展，《喀纳斯秋韵》入选中国油画风景展。
