徐仲平，名嘉晏、以字行。号大受、三寸褐得主等。1931年生，原籍山东日照。中国美术家协会会员。曾供职于青岛文学艺术界联合会文学艺术部。1975年执教于青岛工艺美术学校，1977年执教于山东纺织工学院美术系（现青岛大学）。徐仲平先生自幼喜爱绘画、书法，在他进入艺坛的五十多年里，一直在解决创作理性与技巧之间的关系，在创作过程中反复脱变、逆向求新。在画风上潜心研习、远甜避俗，在工作上淡泊名利，为人师表。细品徐仲平先生的彩画，雅健清逸、气韵生动、意味无穷。他大胆利用西方印象派的色彩，运用中国画传统的用笔线条，洋为中用、融会贯通、创作出一幅幅具有中国民族风格和意境的佳作，形成自己独特的绘画体系，使自己的作品达到了淡远的境界。辞条辑入《中国当代美术家人名录》、《中国现代美术家人名大辞典》、《中国当代艺术界名人录》等辞典。
作品年表
1959年，合作年画《在新学员的宿舍里》入选建国十周年全国美展，并出版。
1985年，于日本名古屋举办《徐仲平画展》。
1986年，作品《江城》入选中国美术家协会主办的全国水彩粉画展。
