李玉滋，中国美术家协会会员，一级美术师，1992年起享受国务院特殊津贴，曾任中国美术家协会山西分会常务理事、山西壁画雕塑艺术研究院院长。
1935年出身于山东兖州
1955年毕业于鲁迅美术学院，分配到山西省文联从事专业创作。
中国画《血与火》（与冯长江合作）获1982年法国春季沙龙金质奖章，藏于中国美术馆；《飞花时节》（与冯长江合作）获第六届全国美展铜质奖，藏于中国美术馆；漆刻《引黄图》藏于中国美术馆，总共有七幅作品被中国美术馆收藏，其中有三幅作品选入《中国美术五十年》、《20世纪中国美术》、《近代中国人物画全集》等大型历史画册。多年来，致力于敦煌与历代庙堂壁画的研究，并在艺术创作与绘画语言的创新中，取得了显著成果。
退休后移居深圳潜心斑驳重彩画的探索与研究，2006年12月，李玉滋先生因心脏病突发，在深圳去世。

代表作品有：《引黄图》、《朝阳洞》、《创业图》（李济远、李玉滋）、《血与火》（李玉滋、冯长江）、《飞花时节》（李玉滋、冯长江）、《岁月》、《唐风》、《大山之魂》等[1]
李玉滋致力于敦煌与历代庙堂壁画的研究，并在艺术创作与绘画语言的创新中，取得了显著成果，李玉滋先生的斑驳重彩创造了一种新的绘画语言，他的画满纸斑剥，古色古香，实在是妙绝。
二十世纪七十年代，李玉滋先生有过一段回家乡兖州养病的经历，也因此影响了兖州美术事业的发展。那个岁月，兖州的人物画创作成绩斐然，李宝亮、马长友、陈青等都是在李玉滋先生指导下成长起来的画家，还有“兖州少年美术创作班”也是在李玉滋先生的倡议下创办起来的，他对家乡的深刻影响，推动了兖州美术创作高峰的形成，其影响至今仍在。
