施徐华(1962.10—)浙江温岭人。擅长版画。现在温岭市华业机械厂工作，兼任温岭市美术家协会主席。1989年作品《石塘渔村》入选第七届全国美术作品展；1999年作品《海角那首渔歌》入选第九届全国美术作品展；2004年作品《故乡·熟悉的风景》入选第十届全国美术作品展。作品《修船季节》入选全国第十届版画展，《海边人家》入选全国第十一届版画展，《石塘渔家之二》入选全国第十三届版画展，《走进渔村系列之二》入选全国第十四届版画展。
此外《飘来的云》等六件作品分别入选第十二届、第十六届全国版画作品展。1996年版画作品有《海边人家》。
