刘均威，(1939.2—)河南洛阳人。擅长中国画、版画、壁画。1961年毕业于西安美术学院附中及西安美院国画系，师从郑乃光、罗铭、刘文西、陈光健等老师。后在银川市文化馆工作，历任银川市文联组联部主任，兼银川市城市雕塑壁画办公室主任，书画院副院长。宁夏美协副主席，银川市美协名誉主席。一级美术师。现为宁夏美协顾问，银川市美协名誉主席。获中国文联授予的《99中国百杰画家》、《2000中国百杰画家》称号。作品有壁画《西夏风云》、《人生·运动·永恒》，雕塑《顾盼》等。
