陈志精，浙江上虞人，1977年毕业于安徽师范大学艺术系美术专业，国家一级美术师，供职于池州市文化局创作研究室。系中国美术家协会会员，中国版画家协会会员，安徽省美术家协会理事，池州市美术家协会主席，池州市文联副主席，池州市政协委员，池州师专艺术系名誉主任、教授。

作品有《晨》、《驯鹿》、《上梁大吉》等。
