洪洁，1959年生于福州，江苏泗阳人，毕业于浙江美术学院版画系、中央美术学院版画系同等学力研究生班。现为中国美术家协会会员，中国版画家协会会员，福建省版画家协会副秘书长，《故事林》杂志社副主编、副编审。
