马洪文，1962年出生于黑龙江省庆安县，著名中国版画家。1989年至1990年进修于中国美术学院版画研究班。现任大庆市书画院院长、大庆市版画艺术群体负责人、大庆市美术家协会副主席、黑龙江省美术家协会理事。
英国北爱尔兰贝尔法斯特东方画廊签约画家。
