陈国贵，1940年生于南京，毕业于中国美术美院，一级美术师，中国美协会员、中国版协理事，曾任青岛市文联副主席、青岛画院院长、市美协名誉主席。
作品多次参加全国美展、省展并获奖。作品曾在巴西、美国、韩国及中国台湾、南京、杭州、青岛、太原等地举办个人画展。代表作《桥》曾赴日本参加《中国当代版画新作展》，巨制《长城》等赴美国纽约展出，《拓》、《腊月》、《长城》等入选全国美展，并获得一等奖、“中国当代版画集”收录。1992年在中国台湾出版《陈国贵版画集；1996年由中国版协授予“中国优秀版画家”称号并颁发最高奖《鲁迅版画奖》；1997年中巴建交20周年，被文化部派遣，任中国政府文化代表团（版画）团长，赴巴西里约热内卢文化交流暨个人画展；2004年应韩国邀请，赴大邱成功举办画展并被其收藏；2005年秋参加中法文化年展出活动，其作品均被收藏。
被编入《世界华人美术名家年鉴》、《中国现代美术家人名大辞典》、《中国美术年鉴》等。
